Top Tourists Vacation Spots 2022

Finding special travel destinations around the globe has become more convenient than ever thanks to the awesome powers of the internet.

In this article, I am going to share with you the topmost fascinating travel destinations of 2022 and a little analysis of those destinations.

Now every location on my list I have traveled to, researched on, filmed, gotten expert analysis, and experienced the way and lifestyle of its people.

Number one is Tanzania!

Mount Kilimanjaro Tanzania

Oh Oh, Africa! Let’s go to Africa! Tanzania is located in the Eastern part of Africa and believe me it is known by all who seek good travel destination because of its large wilderness areas from the open lands of the Serengeti National Park slowly by gracefully making way to the highest free-standing mountain on earth “Mount Kilimanjaro”

For first timers, I strongly recommend visiting Tanzania in the early part of the year around January / February or during the dry season from late June till about October, which is the best time to view the beautiful wildlife in Tanzania.

Tanzania is filled with an awesome niche of wildlife, with all animals coexisting in the natural habitat, first hand you get to have a close up experience with the Kings of the jungle, yeah you know what I am talking about, the Lions!!!, the apex predators of the Serengeti. Watch them hunt, mate or just go about their normal high ego lion activities.

Experience with the Locals:
What is visiting an area without experiencing the lifestyle of its people? The best way to get first-hand quality experience any new destination is by fully submerging yourself through the eyes of local inhabitants (Human inhabitants please 😂).

While in Tanzania, I urge you to go into the city of "Arusha" and see the lifestyle of the people there. Arush is beautiful, very peaceful and the people are great hosts to tourists, and for the lovers of adventure, you can take on the mission of climbing 19,000 341 feet to the peak of "Mount Kilimanjaro"!

Always make sure you have a local guide with you while going on adventures, you start the climb by walking through the thick rain forest and by the end you finished the summit surrounded by the glaciers of Africa in the crater formed by the volcanoes.

If you want to experience unrivaled natural beauty, go to Tanzania for a new view on life, moreover, there's no greater feeling like standing on top of the world!!!!!!

Number 2 Lapland (Finland)!

Finland Lapland is located in Finland's northern region and known for its vast sub-Arctic wasteland, ski resorts and of course the Magical Northern Lights. To get there, take a flight depending on your location in the world, to the capital Helsinki and then take a short flight from Helsinki north to the town of "KeithAllah" and you will find yourself immersed in the main winter wonderland of "Lapland"

On average, it gets 60 to 90 centimeters of snow per winter (great news for snowboarders and skiers), and the snow-pack is deepest in mid-march.

Extra tip: The obvious/basic secret to this deep unforgiving snow in Lapland, is getting yourself a pair of snowshoes, they are a must in Lapland and if you are feeling kind of leisurely or you seek for a bit more of an adventure and fun, rent a snowmobile and venture far out into the outlying wilderness and enjoy the peace and quietness notice how quiet it is with all the snow (Build yourself a snowman *wink*). You will hardly find this in any part of the world.

When you are far up north, the ideal thing to do sometimes is to basically embrace the cold and spend a night at the snow village.

Northern light

The hotel comes with an amazing restaurant, movie cinemas, chill off with some good music and beer in the bar and get spiritual in the chapel and on a clear cold night, head to a remote cabin far from city lights, look up at the night sky and if you are lucky you will see the most vibrant display of natural lights dancing and dashing through the night sky (trust me, this is an awesome feeling you wouldn't want to miss).

Number 3 West Sweden.

Sweden is a Scandinavian country (other countries include Denmark, Norway, Northern Finland) with thousands of coastal islands and during the summer when the Sun is up all day, you can get head to the beautiful city of "Gothenburg" and take a ride at the amusement park, take a dive in the glass pool high up in the city, walk through the streets and associate with the locals, and have a classic Swedish "fikathen"

Seeking adventure on the sea?, get a boat and sail out to the island of "Verone" go and catch your own lunch at the river, experiencing Swedish fish and culture and spend the day working as a crew member on a crayfish boat or rent a kayak and wander through the thousands of islands along the west coast.

Do you love heights? Find a 70-foot-high cliff and dive into some of Planet Earth's smartest water.

Visit the Western part of Sweden to relax and enjoy the easy life by the sea.

Number 4 Martinique!

Lizard on a tree

Martinique is a rugged Caribbean island of parts of the Lesser Antilles and it's only a quick flight away for those based in New York. Land in the lively capital city, a portal to Martinique where the culture mirrors a distinctive mix of French and West Indian influence.

The Northern part of the island is defined by the towering multiple volcanoes that is visible from all parts of the Island, a sea of visible green lush tropical rain-forest that covers the rugged landmass of the north. I love adventures and climbing so I recommend hiking to the summit of the volcano then adventure down into the thin and rugged gorges below to cool-off in a secret waterfall.

Of all my favorite Islands, Martinique is one of the most Eco-friendly islands in the Caribbean, you can even spend the night in a giant environmentally friendly jungle bubble resort. Explore your route to the southernmost parts of the island to the excellent white sea banks of "Lace Elina" which is only the most elegant beach that I have set my eyes on earth.

What are you waiting for?, Come to Martinique to feel the full vibe of the Caribbean.

Number 5 Iceland!

Iceland mountain

Next on My travel destination list is the Land of Fire and passion.

Iceland is defined by its cinematic landscape with active volcanoes, hot springs and massive glaciers covering about 11% of the landscape, 60% of the occupants live and work in the capital city of "Reykjavik" leaving the majority of the country in pure isolation.

The best way to explore through Iceland is by leasing a car and finding your way down the South-East coast.

During this road trip, stop at the most remarkable waterfall in the country "skogafoss", make good friends with some locals who will direct you to a hidden hot spring far off the beaten path, visit the little fishing community of "Veek" and explore the world-famous black sand beaches with its large basalt stacks and roaring Atlantic waves.

Check out the crystal ice caves and towering glaciers which float to the sea and wash up on the shore dazzling at Diamond Beach.

Waterfall from a hill

Note: Speaking from experience, my biggest piece of advice to tourists while in Iceland is "going to the touristy locations at early at sunrise to avoid those humongous crowds and keep a very close watch on the weather as it can go from sunny to windy in the blink of an eye".

Number 6 California!

San Francisco Golden gate bridge

Although the weather might be tricky in destination number 5, the next location has very much sunny skies all year round.

California is a western state in the United States of America and it starts from the border of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean for nearly 900 miles. The land features include cliff-lined beaches, vast desert land and the expanding city of Los Angeles.

The ideal way to fully enjoy the California experience is to take a road trip down the historic highway. Start off in San Francisco, make your way south through Big Basin and experience the wonders of the redwood forest continue down to Santa Cruz beach for a quick surf but really take it slow as you drive it through Big Surf which is one of the most dramatic meetings of land and sea on earth.

Take a tour of the extravagant Hill topped Hearst Castle, spend some time lounging by the pool in Palm Springs and head deep into the desert to do some spirituality and soul-searching in the "Spiritual Joshua Tree National Park".

Number 7 New Zealand!

New zealand house

Tired of the big popular cities and vacation hotspots? Craving something low key but still has all the features of a great vacation getaway? Then New Zealand is the ideal location for you. New Zealand is one of the most remote countries in the world, located in the South-Western Pacific Ocean tagged by amazing geothermal wonders, rolling green hills and more sheep than people (ha-ha).

Get into Auckland by Plane, Car, or train and make for the top of the Iconic sky tower. Harness yourself in and get a 360 coverage of the city-scape by walking around at the narrow sky-walk or if you seriously want to wade off the jet lag, just base jump off the building (not literally), leave the city behind and visit the tranquil town of Hobbiton, head out into the bush and and hike through the forest of Silver Ferns to Bridal Veil Falls or sit back, relax and take a mental and physical healing at the geothermal sulphur mud bath at Hell’s Gate and eventually do a full send-off with the 25-foot waterfall down the rapids.

These are currently the 7 top countries to visit if you are planning on going on a vacation soon.

Final Words: While travelling to new locations for Business or pleasure, ensure to contact a credible travel guide, get a device with good internet and navigation, and if you are out for adventure, make sure you are well equipped with the Right Kits as they would come in handy in some unforeseen situations.
